Same problem here, sort of...awwww... I managed to register easily but as I select the items that I'd like to purchase I can't proceed to checkout. Selection is ok, in my cart it shows the item, but doesn't show the price and then I can't move anywhere, I can only empty my cart Sad
Is it me or....?

Yes, please...
is the online store fully operational yet?

I don't want to go near it if it if I can't just zip right thru.

Ajiq,

The previous post was put up almost 2 months ago. (Jan 01, 2010)

But I guess a general question is reasonable:

Anyone still having issues registering or ordering? If so, post a brief note here and then PM me details. I will try to get the issues in front of Lisa's team asap.

Best regards,

Rainsford

Ajiq,

I reread my post and do see how the combination of sentences:

"The previous post was put up almost 2 months ago. (Jan 01, 2010)

But I guess a general question is reasonable: "

Could be taken in a more sarcastic manner than intended.

What I meant to communicate to you was there have not been any posts about a broken shop in the past few months so there is a good chance you will have a reasonable experience if you try to purchase something.

After I wrote that I also realized that people might have HAD mediocre experiences on the shop, but just hadn't commented. So I added the question with steps for people to take if they needed help.

Not the best wording in the world, but I wasn't trying to slight you Ajiq.

Best regards,

Rainsford

I did manage to get the order through on the 6th of Jan, not that its arrived but that's not the websites fault Laughing It'd be nice if it did arrive soon though! I'm dying to spread the word on my music website about it.

This is my problem, too! I tried to buy Come Quietly, mp3 version, and I paid $10.00 AU (~$8 US) to get no mp3s instantly and a request to pay again:

"Payment must be made in full to complete the order.

Once payment is made, your order will be shipped and any media you have purchased as
downloadable mp3 files will be available in the order details above for direct download."

When I click the "Pay Now" button:

"Payment Declined

Your transaction failed.

Bank Response: 7 - Payment Server System Error"

I tried to send them an email but the email failed to reach them after 2 days and finally, at all.

I want to be angry ... but ... I can't! Even after losing $8 which was supposed to buy me music, I just can't. I love Lisa Gerrard. I look up to Lisa Gerrard. I want to sing just like her. Crying or Very sad I just want to hear the music she made and claim it the easy way: on mp3.

Kelly,

If it says "payment declined", I don't think you were actually charged. But to be sure you should check with your bank.

I was charged! It's in my bank statement!

Why am I being denied of music that I really want? I wanted music, not denial.

All,

If you have an issue with ordering, contact Lisa's team via this email address:

contact@lisagerrard.com

If for some reason you don't get a response within a week then PM me here or email me at rainsford (insert the @ symbol) deadcandancelibrary.com with information about the issue (though NO personal data beyond the email address associated with the order) and I will try to follow-up with Lisa's team myself.

Best regards,

Rainsford
