<  Technical Assistance  ~  Dec 2009-Jan 2010 online order issues

I have alerted Lisa's team and they know of the issue. Their IT people are working on it - but many key people are still out for the holidays.

Anyway, they will send a note to me when things get fixed.

(I managed to download a copy of the Abwoon single from emusic but, in all honesty, am still so shellshocked from Silver Tree, yet, that I haven't even opened the folder!)


Was really looking forward to the deluxe Opal CD for the holidays, tho.
Totally missed out on that.

Lisa's IT team says they have fixed the issues and orders should be processing now.

Please respond here if you still see problems.

They also give a big "Thank you" to those on the forums who raised the issue.

I have some important questions and hope I will get a reply.

1. Will we be notified on the day the shipment (of Black Opal deluxe) is made?
2. Will we be provided with a tracking number?

I ask because after waiting for so long, my worst nightmare would be for the package to arrive, not find me home, and be returned back Shocked

Please let me know.

Looks liek they wont answer your 2 questions kenneth .. dont worry about it ..to much ...maybe u could write lisa an email directly .. they think just by informing us 5 or 3 weeks apart ,that our nervs will settle , and they jus tcomplicate things even more ..so yeh write to lisa directly hopefully she can speed up the process and ask them to inform u and us when they will actually arrive ..so sit down n chill out ndrinka cuppa tea Very Happy xx or coffee heheheh Razz

Hi Kenneth,

Please do not worry about your order being shipped back. We are using DHL Global Mail. We have tracking numbers for each shipment which will help us to confirm any non-deliverable orders. If you are not at home when the order arrives, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange a delivery time.

If they leave a card, then its no problem. I'm used to picking up CDs from the local post office anyway (since deliveries are usually made in the mornings).

Does that mean you have received the CDs and are now shipping them?

It would be great to have a realistic update. Days become weeks become months... Almost February. At this rate, Brendan's CD will be out first!

The last update from Lisa's team said they are getting the CDs in 14 days, and that came on the 18th. My understanding is they [Lisa's team] will get them on the 1st of February. The items will begin shipping immediately and people will start receiving them soon after.
